Where do we deliver?
Shipping to Germany, Europe (including Austria, Switzerland, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain), and worldwide (e.g., the USA). You can find all delivery countries in the shipping information.
Are there gift vouchers?
Not currently. However, you can send an order to a different delivery address—perfect as a gift.
Who is behind Teezie?
A Berlin-based streetwear label with roots in techno and rave culture. Learn more on the "About Us" page.

What payment methods are available?
PayPal, credit card, Klarna invoice, Apple/Google Pay & more at checkout.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Yes – as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Just write to us at Support@Teezie.de .

Yes – plastic-free & environmentally friendly packaging.
All in one package?
Yes – if it's a single order , we ship all items together. This saves on delivery routes, reduces emissions, and you only pay shipping costs once.
What to do if the package is damaged?
Take photos and send them to Support@Teezie.de – we’ll take care of it.

Returns & Exchanges
How do I give something back?
Please email us at Support@Teezie.de within 14 days of receipt with your order number and your return request. We will send you all the information you need to return the item.
Who pays for return shipping?
You as the buyer, except in the case of defects or errors on our part.
Direct exchange possible?
No. Please initiate a return and reorder.
