Shipping & Returns
Shipment:
We deliver within Germany and to numerous European countries. Shipping costs are calculated during the order process. Shipping is free for orders over €100.00.
Return:
Since our products are made individually for you, special return policies apply:
- Damaged or Faulty Items: If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. Send us an email with a description of the problem and, if possible, photos of the damaged item. After inspection, we will issue a refund or replace the product.
- Incorrectly Delivered Items: If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please notify us immediately. Again, we ask that you notify us within 30 days of receipt so that we can correct the error.
- Returns and Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products (custom made to order), we can only accept returns or exchanges in the cases listed above. Please note that we cannot accept returns for incorrectly ordered sizes or for personal reasons. We recommend checking the size charts carefully before purchasing.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used and may take up to 14 days after we initiate the return process.

Care: Wash inside out with similar colors. Do not iron the print.
Care instructions
Washing: Machine wash at maximum 30°C.
Drying: Tumble dry only at low temperature or air dry.
Ironing: Iron on medium heat, but not directly over the print.
Dry cleaning: Do not dry clean.
Bleach: Do not use bleach.
Additional note: Turn the t-shirt inside out before washing and drying to protect the print.
